RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
aixoplucs will gladly accept returns for an exchange or store credit. We are always happy to work with you before you order to make sure you make the right choices!
Contact us about your return:
We will be able to help you determine whether or not you are eligible for a refund or exchange and answer any additional questions. All returns must be sent to us no later than 30 days after receiving the original order. A refund will be available if you initiate a return within 14 days of having received your purchase. If you are returning a defective item you will be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit up to 30 days after receiving your original item. Non-defective items can be returned for exchange or store credit up to 30 days after the original purchase.
Items damaged during shipping will have to be addressed with the shipping agent used to deliver your order, but send us an email and we can help you through that process. We work hard so our aixoplucs don't need any packaging, so everything is used and nothing is wasted. We choose the best courier companies, who will deliver your aixopluc with care. Therefore, if it is damaged during the delivery process we can accept returns or exchanges, but no refunds for them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How to make a Return or Exchange:
1. You may Exchange any item if you are not satisfied with its performance; Returns or Exchanges can be made for any item with a defect. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will happily pay your return shipping.
2. Please contact us about any Returns or Exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your item.
3. Returned and Exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused.
4. Please contact us to request a Return Authorization via email at firstname.lastname@example.org All Returns and Exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions.
After your Return or Exchange is processed, you will be sent an exchanged item / issued a credit for the value of the item. Items shipped to us without a Return Authorization will be shipped back to you - please help us help you!
Please note: aixoplucs cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to aixoplucs.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll give you further details.
To return your aixopluc, you should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll give you further details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We stand by our shelters and systems, and we’ll address any issues that may come up during their long lives. If your aixopluc has a defect or needs a repair, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you further instructions. Spare parts are available.
